Every invoice is rendered from an HTML template you can edit. Use the built-in designs as they are, or adjust the layout, fonts, and branding to match your stationery.
PDF export and direct printing
Send an invoice straight to the printer or save it as a PDF. The printed page matches the on-screen preview exactly.

Product catalogue
Store products with prices and details once. Line items auto-fill from the catalogue, so pricing stays consistent across invoices.

Keep customer names, addresses, and contact details in one place, ready to drop onto any invoice.

Ownership
Offline-first, local storage
All data lives in a local SQLite database on your computer. The app never needs an internet connection to work, and nothing leaves your machine.

Manage several businesses from one install. Each company has its own products, customers, invoices, and templates.
Backup and restore
Export everything to a single backup file and import it on a new computer — moving machines takes minutes, not an afternoon.
Updates on your terms
When a new version is available, Tradebook asks before downloading anything. Update now or later — it never changes itself silently.
